House Quick Reference Guide

  • No Parking anywhere other than 242 Driveway or designated area, you are at risk of being towed. Walton county noise ordinance is 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
  • Trash Days are Monday & Thursday early morning, so put the trash out Sunday & Wednesday.
  • Batteries for smoke detector, remotes and door locks are in the drawer in the small end table in the entryway.
  • Light switch for family room has a slider for dimming on the switch.
  • Disposal switch is under the sink.
  • Outlets for kitchen are under each upper cabinet.
  • Filtered cold waterspout is in left fridge door, just inside the door on the fridge wall.
  • Pack ‘n Play is in downstairs bedroom closet.
  • Hairs dryers under each bathroom sink, except bunk room
  • Mirrors in closets (soon to be hung)
  • Laundry basket, iron & ironing board are in laundry area top shelf
  • Ladder for any smoke detectors is in master closet. (all batteries changed November 2020)
  • Additional towels are upstairs in loft drawers
  • Printer in loft and supports mobile phones
  • Black binder features restaurant menus for nearby restaurants.
  • Beach toys in the garage have been left by others, feel free to use them. Throw away if broken.
  • Fastest path to beach is through front yard, left of fence opening, straight down Miami, cross crosswalk and enter through gate. Chair service puts out chairs early, if you brought chairs and want to use them close to the entry point, you must have them down around sunrise.
  • Extra power extension under TV in console cabinet drawer.
  • TV channels use LG (IP channels), guide button works with them. Pluto app on the Tv also is free. Streaming such as Netflix, Hulu were logged in with our accounts, other people have logged in with their own and left them. Use those or login with your own.
  • There is a pond on the other side of the neighborhood that is stocked. If you catch fish in this pond, Pease release them back.

Checkout Instructions

Please checkout at 10:00 am, so that our cleaning crew is not delayed in their cleaning process.

Checklist

  • Leave everything the way you found it during check-in.
  • You can leave the sheets and towels where they are so that our cleaners can quickly find them.
  • Check under all beds for left items.
  • Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, including spoon rest if used, and run it through normal cycle.
  • Make sure all doors & windows are locked.
  • Take all trash to the garbage bin located on the side of the house.
  • Take trash out and to the street.
  • Send a text to Chris to let him know you have left.
